I was introduced to the wonders of a Kiki's facial by my neighbour and have gone from someone who rarely had any sort of beauty treatment to being something of an addict. I've had my eyebrows sorted out so they don't look like a couple of caterpillars any more, my eyelashes dyed, and even premed hilarious - I've been waxed and massaged and generally turned from a farm-hand into something rather more feminine. Kiki is patient, kind and an absolute perfectionist. Don't expect to leave her little salon looking anything less than perfect.'

Wow! I just had my hair cut by Romi, the Brazilian guy. I had a very fixed idea about what I wanted, but we had a consultation and he suggested styles I never even considered for myself. I ended up leaving the salon with something completely different than I had envisaged when walking in there, but feeling a million dollars! I will so go back. That Romi is worth his weight in gold

I went to Kiki Hair & Beauty for the second time at the weekend and left as happy as I did the first time. Romi has done a brilliant job of colouring my hair - I've had loads of compliments and my hair is noticeably shinier than normal. I think the prices are very reasonable and I will definitely be going back. I usually switch hairdressers all the time, but now I'll be sticking with Romi. I've already recommended him to my friends.

I went to Kiki's at the weekend for an eyelash tint and cut & blow dry. I thought the salon was lovely (good decor and very clean) and everyone in there was relaxed and friendly. It's no more expensive than anywhere else in the herne hill/dulwich area. thanks for a nice experience.

The best and most concise praise I can give for Kiki is that I even though I no longer live in South London close her shop, but instead in the wilderness of Hertfordshire countryside, I STILL make the journey south of The River for her treatments.

Sensiti...ve to your needs – its always a dread being waxed when you’re a wimp like me, but I finally found a beautician who did it efficiently and fuss free!
Caring - when her assistant started, and even though Kiki had an injured hand she still came in to do my treatments as she knows I am fairly shy and quite sensitive,
A friend. She cares not only about your appearance (always recommending stuff for my skin problems) but also your personal life – we always have a great chat when I come to see her, and I always feel a little bit lifted from the daily grind. Also, the shop is stunning and relaxing!

I have been a client of Kiki's and Romi's for several years. In my opinion Kiki is the best therapist I have ever been to. Worth every penny, and not over priced at all. Romi- is a very talented cutter and colourist, and whenever my hair is colured or cut it is complimented and admired. I know many people who agree with me too.
Customers rarely write to praise for services provided. I felt it was time that I did given the commetns posted earlier in this week.
